About Jennifer

I always have been an animal lover, but I never realized how much I cared for animals until my Black Lab "Buster" came along.  

He was unequivocally my baby boy. He went everywhere with me.
I nursed him through elbow dysplasia surgery, lung surgery, many acupuncture therapies, physical therapies, chiropractic, herbal medicines, multiple massage therapies, and ultimately through father time. 

Every day I would come home at lunch to administer his medications and to check on him. As he aged he became more and more dependent on me being there to make sure he had everything he needed to get through his hard times.

 My friends used to tease me on how dedicated I was to what they said was, "just a dog". But to me he wasn't "just a dog", he was my "Buster" and he depended on me, I never thought twice, no matter the expense, nor the dedication it took, on my part. He was my baby and I loved him so very much. It was tough, yes but nevertheless, I wouldn't trade a day of it for the world.

I strongly believe that every pet we take on, deserves this type of selfless dedication.  I treasured every day of the 13 years I had with Buster, and still to this day miss him greatly. 

 I decided to do something I love. So I started Discovery Bay Pet Sitting Service. I thoroughly enjoy taking care of animals. I am also a Discovery Bay resident.
